About the Recipe


  • 1/3 Cup Traditional Rolled Oats

  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

  • 1/2 Cup Low-Fat Milk

  • 2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup

  • 1/3 Cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 Teaspoons Melted Biscoff


Step 1

Mix together oats, milk and chia seeds in a small jar or container

Step 2

Add frozen or fresh blueberries and combine with oat mixture

Step 3

Melt biscoff in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds and drizzle on top of oats

Step 4

Leave in the fridge overnight or for at least 6+ hours
