One on One Consultations
I offer a wide range of nutrition & dietetic services that are tailored to your individual needs and unique circumstances. From your initial consultation, you will be provided with ongoing support and advice that is evidence-based and promotes long term sustainable habits.
1
Initial Consultation
60 minutes | $140
Includes personalised meal plan
Initial consultations are structured to help me understand your health-related goals, and to take a comprehensive dietary assessment. This will help to ensure that all recommendations are tailored to your individualised needs and goals, taking into consideration any health conditions or personal barriers. We will discuss your health and nutrition goals and formulate a personalised plan to help empower you to achieve your goals.
2
Review Consultation
30 minutes | $85
Includes updated meal plan
Review sessions are designed to provide you with ongoing support and monitor your progress. We will discuss any barriers that you may be facing and re-strategise where need be. My approach to nutrition is focused on lifestyle change rather than 'dieting', and therefore it is paramount that your eating plans fits in with your daily life. Research has shown that regular check-ins with a Dietitian enables clients to achieve more superior health outcomes than those who have limited support.
3
Combined Nutrition & Training Program
60 minutes | $170
Includes personalised meal plan + 6-week training block
Combined programs include an initial nutrition consultation (see above) and a 6-week training block tailored to your fitness goals. This complete package is ideal for those who want to decrease body fat, gain muscle and increase their fitness levels through a highly structured program. Training programs are tailored to your fitness levels, and can be specific to at-home, gym or combined workouts depending on your preferences. You will be able to contact me at any time via email to answer any questions you may have along the way.
Late Cancellation Policy
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but I ask for your cooperation in notifying me as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.

All dietitian's are nutritionists, however not all nutritionists are dietitian's. As a profession, nutritionists are not regulated and have a lesser qualifications. A dietitian has either undergone a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, or a Bachelor's Degree and a 2-year Postgraduate Program. Accredited Practicing Dietitians (APDs) gain this credential through committing to ongoing professional development while also adhering to the code of conduct. Dietitian's Australia defines a 'Dietitian' as the following: A professional who applies the science of food and nutrition to promote health, prevent and treat disease to optimise the health of individuals, groups, communities and populations.
